Low Energy building (LEB or BBC label)

Inaugurated in April 2014, this facility was built to comply with the standards of the “basse consummation” label. It is therefore more efficient in terms of its energy consumption.

There are a total of 11 rooms, including 2 twin rooms, and 9 rooms with 5 beds, which can cater for guests with reduced mobility. The building conforms to the requirements of the “Tourisme et Handicap” label and each room has an ensuite toilet and bathroom.

In addition, the building has facilities that are adapted to suit nursery school groups (lower sinks and smaller toilets).
