Environmental education can embrace a great variety of approaches and subjects. The key issue for our association is to make people aware that everything we do has an impact on our environment: our individual actions; our work practices; our decision-making.
Our team organises trips and presentations to suit a wide audience, which are explained in our educational project brochure (available in French here).
- walks to explore the biodiversity of our surroundings ; (fauna, flora, hedgerows, forest, meadowland…) ; sensory walks (listening, observing, tasting, discovering the textures and scents of nature), countryside hikes, activities combined with other outdoor pursuits.
- outings to explore water and aquatic environments : pond fishing; identifying species; angling in the lake; reading landscapes; environmental canoeing activities.
- ecological citizenship : learning about actions and attitudes that are environmentally-friendly, such as the management of water, natural resources, energy, and waste.
