External workshops in local schools

CPA Lathus , in its capacity as a centre for environmental initiatives intervenes in local schools.

Our teams run workshops and lessons in local educational establishments, adapting themselves to current educational projects and working in tandem with the educational team,  from nursery schools up to high schools.

These interventions include :

  • lesson modules on the themes of sustainable food production, energy, water, sustainable development and biodiversity ;
  • practical workshops on creating the right conditions for biodiversity, and vegetable gardening; mobility and disability awareness for schools ;
  • awareness campaigns on reducing food wastage, rubbish, and water consumption; and biodiversity ;
  • trips out to discover the local environment around the school.

Many of these school visits are supported and funded by our partner organisations.
