Our trainees support our permanent staff in the following areas :

Farming and grounds maintenance

• Countryside maintenance (thinning, pruning, and limbing trees)
• Keeping all green spaces maintained
• Running the educational farm as part of a 105-hectare organic farming business
• Maintaining the Riding Centre
• Cultivating and maintaining a vegetable garden of 1hectare

Guest services

• Cleaning and maintenance
• Catering and servering at table

Leisure and sports

• Assisting with the organisation of
  • outdoor sports activities,
  • cultural pursuits,
  • circus arts,
  • equestrian activities.
